The QCA board serves the neighborhood in several ways. First, the QCA enforces the neighborhood's covenants.

The board also provides a monthly newsletter to residents with helpful information about the neighborhood and upcoming events, including social activities throughout the year.

Plus, the board maintains the entrances to the neighborhood with lighting, planting, lawn care, and maintenance.

The QCA collects dues for the maintenance of the neighborhood each September.

Queensmill Recreation Association (QRA)

The QRA board oversees the functions of the pool and recreation area for Queensmill residents.

The QRA manages pool memberships and pool and pavilion rentals for parties and other events.

In addition, residents can also enjoy basketball and volleyball courts.

There is also a park and playground area that the QCA and the QRA jointly maintain.

"What comes to mind when I think of Queensmill is "home."  In the span of nearly 40 years, the important things haven't changed: our residents take pride in their homes, everyone is friendly and neighbors watch out for each other. Queensmill is truly a special place to live!"
