Queensmill is a neighborhood of 500 homes in the Village of Midlothian located in the northwestern part of Chesterfield County, Virginia. Convenient to the Midlothian, Hull Street, Route 288 and Powhite Parkway corridors, Queensmill is 15 minutes from Richmond and 20 minutes from Short Pump and Henrico’s West End.
With its spacious lots, gorgeous colonial and modern-style homes, tree-lined streets, neighborhood pool and recreation association, and Chesterfield County’s award-winning schools, Queensmill is Midlothian’s best-kept secret in one of the region’s fast growing communities.
The Queensmill Civic Association is here to help you feel at home within our community. QCA enforces neighborhood covenants, prints at least ten newsletters annually, supports adult and children’s activities, and maintains our entrances including lighting, lawn care, planting, and all maintenance.
The Queensmill Recreation Association invites you to join the Queensmill pool. QRA offers a meter and kiddie pool, basketball, volleyball, weekly hot dog cookouts, a concession stand, and other amenities. The pool is a great place to meet other families and enjoy the summer.
The Queensmill Quackers participate in the Chesterfield Aquatic League. We look forward to working with our coaches, getting to know all our simmers, their families, and having a successful summer season!
