Queensmill is a well-established and beloved neighborhood in the heart of Midlothian, Virginia. It was developed between 1979 and 1992, and includes over 500 homes. It's known for its spacious lots, gorgeous colonial and modern-style homes, and tree-lined streets.

The proximity of Queensmill to Midlothian shopping, libraries, parks, and schools makes our neighborhood a highly desirable place to live. Buyers are also attracted to the neighborhood because of Chesterfield County's award-winning school system.
Located in the northwestern part of Chesterfield County, Queensmill is convenient to Hull Street, Route 288, and Powhite Parkway, Queensmill is 15 minutes from Richmond and 20 minutes from Short Pump and Henrico’s West End.
The QCA was formed to serve the neighborhood in various ways. Each year, the QCA collects annual dues of $50.00 from residents, which allows the QCA to provide the following services:
